A CNG gas pressure gauge is a vital component used in natural gas vehicles, especially for those sourced from China. This gauge is installed on the inlet valve that connects the CNG pressure regulator to the gas cylinder, allowing users to monitor the natural gas pressure inside the cylinder. Equipped with an internal gas pressure sensor, it transmits real-time pressure signals to the fuel/gas conversion switch located in the driver's cab. This feature enables drivers to keep track of the gas volume effectively.

Additionally, the product includes a matching indicator light-type conversion switch, which enhances user convenience. When the onboard gas tank is full (pressure between 180-200 bar), all four green indicator lights on the conversion switch illuminate, while the red light remains off. As the pressure decreases—falling to 165-155 bar, 130-120 bar, and then 90-70 bar—each successive green light turns off. Once the pressure reaches 45-35 bar, the final green light switches off and a red alarm light activates, indicating that there is enough gas in the tank to allow the vehicle to travel approximately 15-25 kilometers, depending on the model. The option for a digital conversion switch is also available.
