The explosion-proof markings cover Ex d ⅡBT6, Ex d ⅡCT4, Ex ia ⅡCT6, etc., and are applicable to Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas environments, as well as Class IIB and IIC gas groups and T1~T6 temperature groups, meeting the safety standards of high-risk industries such as petroleum and gas.
From the outer casing to the pressure measuring element, everything is made of stainless steel, which can withstand corrosive environments such as weak acids, weak alkalis, and salt spray. It is also waterproof and dustproof, making it suitable for harsh working conditions such as coastal areas and chemical workshops.
The accuracy class can reach ±1.0% FS to ±1.6% FS, and the measurement range covers vacuum ~0.1MPa to 0~100MPa. The silver alloy contacts have strong anti-ablation ability and sensitive on/off response, and can be directly linked to relays, PLCs, solenoid valves and other equipment to realize automatic pressure start/stop and alarm interlock.
