Its simple structure, mature materials (carbon steel), and advanced manufacturing process make it one of the most competitively priced pressure gauge types. A purely mechanical structure requires no power supply, wiring, or configuration, incurring no energy costs. It is durable, reliable, and has a low failure rate.
The black carbon steel casing effectively protects against dust, splashes, and mild corrosion. Based on the Bourdon tube principle of mechanical transmission, it ensures extremely high stability, unaffected by electromagnetic interference, showing good tolerance to temperature and humidity changes.
Supports multiple installation positions (bottom inlet, middle rear inlet, bottom rear inlet). Threaded interfaces are compatible with various specifications such as 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", and can be provided with PT (BSPT/ZG), BSP (G/PF), NPT, and other thread standards.
The dial size covers seven specifications ranging from 40mm (1.5") to 200mm (8"), suitable for embedding into compact equipment panels or using on large units or remote monitoring dashboards, meeting diverse pressure monitoring needs.
