The explosion-proof markings cover Ex d ⅡBT6, Ex d ⅡCT4, Ex ia ⅡCT6, etc., applicable to Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas environments, Class IIB and IIC gas groups, and T1~T6 temperature groups — meeting safety standards for high-risk industries such as petroleum and gas.
From the outer casing to the pressure measuring element, everything is made of stainless steel. Withstands corrosive environments including weak acids, weak alkalis, and salt spray. Waterproof and dustproof — ideal for coastal areas and chemical workshops, with a service life far exceeding instruments with black iron casings.
Accuracy class reaches ±1.0% FS to ±1.6% FS, with measurement range from vacuum ~0.1MPa to 0~100MPa. Silver alloy contacts offer strong anti-ablation ability and sensitive on/off response, directly linking to relays, PLCs, and solenoid valves for automatic pressure start/stop and alarm interlock.
Supports multiple installation methods including radial, axial, and axial with edge. Interface threads cover NPT, BSP, and ZG specifications. Select models can be customized with diaphragm sealing structure to extend measurement to viscous and particulate media scenarios.
