CE Certification 50mm Electric Contact Pressure Gauge 0-300 PSI, Black Iron Semi-Steel Radial Manufacturer, Factory

The black iron casing electric contact pressure gauge is an economical industrial instrument that integrates pressure measurement, on-site indication, and electrical signal control functions. Its core features a black iron powder-coated casing, an electric contact control mechanism, and a Bourdon tube pressure sensing element. It emphasizes high cost-effectiveness and practicality, and is suitable for pressure monitoring and automatic control of non-corrosive, non-crystalline gas or liquid media. It is widely used in general industrial scenarios such as machinery, chemical, HVAC, and water supply.

The pressure of the measured medium enters the Bourdon tube, causing it to elastically deform. This deformation, via a transmission mechanism, deflects the indicating pointer, displaying the real-time pressure value on the dial.

When the indicating pointer touches the lower limit setting pointer as the pressure changes, the corresponding electrical contact closes, outputting an "on" signal. When the pressure rises to the upper limit setting pointer position, the upper limit electrical contact actuates, outputting an "off" signal.

The switching signals output by the electrical contacts can directly trigger alarm devices or control the start and stop of pumps and valves, achieving automatic pressure control and interlocking protection.

Core Features and Advantages

High Cost-Effectiveness

The black iron powder-coated housing has a lower production cost compared to stainless steel housings. Combined with mature Bourdon tube and electrical contact technology, it balances functionality and economy, making it suitable for mass deployment in cost-sensitive general industrial scenarios.

Easy Operation

No additional pressure switch is required; a single instrument can handle pressure display and upper/lower limit control. Setting the pointer is simple, requiring no complex programming, allowing on-site personnel to quickly complete parameter settings.

Robust Structure

The cast iron housing offers superior impact resistance compared to plastic housings, and the powder coating effectively prevents rust. It boasts a wide measurement range, from low pressure (0~0.6MPa) to high pressure (0~100MPa), customizable to various standards. Common accuracy classes are ±1.6% FS and ±2.5% FS, meeting the measurement needs of typical operating conditions.

Flexible Installation & High Versatility

Supports radial, axial, and edge-mounted installation methods. With a full range of interface specifications, it can directly connect to water pumps, air compressors, hydraulic systems, HVAC ducts, and other equipment, offering strong adaptability.

Typical Application Fields

Water supply and drainage systems
Air compressor / hydraulic system
HVAC systems
General chemical processes
