The all-SS electric contact pressure gauge is an automated instrument that integrates pressure measurement, display, control, and alarm functions. Based on the ordinary Bourdon tube pressure gauge, it adds an electric contact device, enabling the instrument to not only intuitively indicate the pressure value but also automatically connect or disconnect the control circuit when the pressure reaches preset upper or lower limits, thus achieving automatic control and protection of the pressure system.

Users adjust the upper and lower limit signal pointers to the target pressure value using the knobs on the dial or a special tool. When the actual pressure rises to the upper limit, the moving contact of the measuring pointer connects with the upper limit stationary contact, outputting an "overpressure" switch signal; when the pressure drops to the lower limit, it connects with the lower limit stationary contact, outputting an "underpressure" switch signal. These signals can be transmitted to intermediate relays, contactors, PLCs, etc., to control the start and stop of equipment such as motors, solenoid valves, and alarms.
