CE Certification 100 PSI Bourdon Pressure Gauge – Stainless Steel, Radial Mount Manufacturers, Suppliers

An all-stainless steel explosion-proof pressure gauge is a pressure measuring instrument specifically designed for use in hazardous environments containing flammable or explosive gases or dust.

The instrument employs a special internal structure that isolates the explosive energy within the casing in the event of an internal spark or explosion, preventing ignition of the external hazardous environment and thus ensuring production safety.

The instrument housing can withstand the pressure generated by the explosion of the internal explosive mixture and prevent the internal explosion flames and high-temperature gases from being transmitted to the external environment through the gaps in the housing and igniting the surrounding explosive mixture. Its mating surfaces (such as between the case and the cover) have long gaps and specific roughness requirements, which serve to extinguish the flame, cool down, and isolate the instrument.
