The 3051 series intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter utilizes globally leading high-precision silicon pressure and differential pressure sensor technology and packaging processes in its central sensing unit. The single-crystal silicon pressure and differential pressure sensors are located at the top of the metal body, away from the medium contact surface, achieving mechanical and thermal isolation. The glass-sintered integrated sensor leads provide high-strength electrical insulation to the metal substrate, improving the flexibility of the electronic circuitry and its ability to withstand transient voltage changes. Platinum-grade accuracy reaches ±0.05%, and unidirectional overpressure can reach up to 25MPa. Excellent static pressure performance is achieved, with static pressure error optimally controllable within ±0.05%/10MPa, and minimal temperature influence, optimally controllable within ±0.04%/10K.

The circuit design employs a modular approach with a microprocessor at its core and advanced digital isolation technology, giving the instrument extremely high anti-interference capabilities and stability. Communicating using the Hart protocol, it can be remotely operated via a Hart handheld device or a computer with Hart software installed to complete measurement information configuration. Furthermore, it utilizes digital compensation technology and a built-in temperature sensor to compensate for transmitter fluctuations, improving measurement accuracy, reducing temperature drift, and exhibiting excellent long-term stability and high reliability.
