As a dedicated oxygen gauge, its core pressure-sensing components (Bourdon tube, mechanism) and connectors are all treated with oil-free/oil-free processes. This completely eliminates the risk of combustion and explosion caused by contact between grease and high-pressure oxygen, a core safety advantage that distinguishes it from ordinary pressure gauges.
The black iron powder-coated shell has a lower cost, meeting requirements at a more economical price. At the same time, the powder coating has excellent rust and corrosion resistance, resisting moisture and dust corrosion in daily environments, and its durability is fully suitable for outdoor, workshop, and other conventional working conditions.
Supports multiple installation methods, with interface threads covering various specifications such as NPT, BSP, and ZG. It can directly match common interfaces such as oxygen cylinder valves, oxygen supply pipelines, and welding equipment, without the need for additional adapters. Its compact size and lightweight design make it convenient for both fixed installation and temporary calibration.
Simple structure and few vulnerable parts, daily maintenance only requires periodic accuracy calibration; in case of failure, the cost of replacing parts is far low, making it ideal for scenarios requiring mass instrument configuration, such as welding and cutting, gas cylinder filling, and medical oxygen supply stations.
